Mounting Methods

  • Tighten all terminal screws securely and ensure wires are neatly arranged and bundled with nylon tape to prevent insulation damage .
  • Install N and PE busbars if required, connecting zero and protective earth lines to the bus without splicing, and label them clearly .

Environmental and Maintenance Considerations

  • Install the box in a low-risk, corrosion-resistant area, away from heat sources, collisions, and moisture .
  • If outdoors, fit a rain cover to prevent water ingress .
  • Regularly inspect the box for damage, corrosion, or loose connections . Apply anti-rust oil to joint surfaces after maintenance .
  • Ensure the installation inclination does not exceed 5 degrees to maintain proper operation .

Compliance and Standards

  • Use boxes made of stainless steel (Baosteel 304 or higher) with a minimum thickness of 4 mm .
  • Electrical components must comply with GB7251 or relevant national standards, maintaining proper clearance and creepage distances .
  • All fasteners should be galvanized, and secondary wiring should use black wire with proper casing sequencing .
